CO-PACK LLC ("Co-Pack", "we") manufactures plastic packaging, trades household goods, building materials and general goods wholesale, sells outside shops and provides road freight. This policy explains how we handle personal data under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" and the GDPR.

Business contacts, artwork for branded packaging, orders, invoices and delivery addresses.

5. Purposes and grounds
Performance of contracts, legal obligations (tax, food-contact material rules), legitimate interests (fleet safety).

7. Your rights
You may access, correct and delete your data (subject to legal retention), restrict or object to processing, obtain a portable copy and withdraw consent. We reply within 30 days. Complaints may be addressed to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or an EU supervisory authority.
